How GRIBAUDO VINEYARDS ships your wine, kits and subscription shipments from our winery to your door.

Where we ship and age verification

We ship only to addresses where we are legally permitted to deliver wine; checkout will not accept other destinations. Wine shipments require an adult 21 or older with valid ID to sign at delivery. If no eligible adult is available, the carrier may reattempt delivery or hold the package for pickup.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Each order is packed in protective shipping materials designed for bottles.

Methods, costs and delivery times

We ship with standard and express carriers; the cost and estimated delivery time of each option are calculated at checkout from your address. Free shipping on orders over $99. The shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates.

Weather

Extreme heat or cold can affect wine. If conditions are severe, we may contact you about delaying a shipment to protect your bottles.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by e-mail when the order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

Contact [email protected] within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we will resend or refund. For broken or leaking bottles, please include your order number and photos of the package and bottles.
