Age requirement

You must be of legal drinking age (21 or older in the United States) to purchase wine or book a tasting. By ordering you confirm that you and the recipient meet this requirement. An adult 21+ with valid ID may be required to sign for delivery, and tasting guests may be asked for ID. We may cancel any order where age cannot be verified.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD), the currency displayed at checkout, and the full total, including the product price, shipping and any applicable taxes, is shown before you pay. An order is confirmed when payment is approved.

We ship only to locations where we are legally permitted to deliver wine; checkout will not accept other addresses. We may cancel orders with pricing errors, suspected fraud or failed age verification and refund any amount paid.

Subscriptions

If you choose a wine subscription, the price per shipment, what each shipment includes and the billing interval are shown on the product page and at checkout before you confirm. Your payment method is charged automatically at that interval until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time by e-mailing [email protected] or calling +12093681378. Cancellation stops future charges. Shipments already charged or shipped are handled under our Refund Policy.

Visits and tastings

Visit and tasting reservations are subject to availability and to the details shown at booking. Please drink responsibly and arrange safe transportation; we may refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated.

Intellectual property

All content on the website, including labels, photos and texts, belongs to GRIBAUDO VINEYARDS or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

No guarantee of results

Wine is an agricultural product: taste, aroma and character vary by vintage, storage and personal preference. Results depend on individual factors and we do not promise specific outcomes.

Limitation of liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.
